Job Description
We are excited to recruit for a Value & Access Lead to join the Immunology Market Access team, this is is a pivotal role which ensures optimised Access for patients to AbbVie medicines for patients with Immunological disorders.
You will work closely with your aligned Brand and Medical Leads to shape the strategy, with a high degree of autonomy to use your own skills and expertise to manage your time and resource effectively to deliver on your core responsibilities - including core value campaigns. You will own end-to-end payer marketing deliverables/projects to support the delivery of our ambition through focussed execution of our business priorities.
This role does not include direct line management responsibilities; however, it involves significant collaboration across diverse teams, and is a strategically critical role within it’s Core Brand Leadership Team. The successful candidate will join an energetic, ambitious and agile team and work within a supportive environment which also offers opportunity for personal skills and career development.

Strategic Planning & Execution
National Market Access Strategy, Value Proposition and value campaign design, delivery, and execution aligned to strategic priorities and UK Access landscapeEnsure clear measurement frameworks are in place to assess campaign and strategy execution and optimise accordinglyKey contributions to strategic and tactical plan development for the wider brand, being the lead for advising on the payer landscape and it’s relevance to the Strategic ambitions of your brand teamExcellence in Execution
Ensure high quality content is co-created with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure high impactPrioritise ‘brilliant basics’ – embracing our systems and processes to ensure efficient ways of working and maximum impactIdentify opportunities to enhance our ways of working as a Value & Access teamCreation and evaluation of customer journeys to deliver high-impact engagement for key stakeholders during a given point in the pre- and post-launch periodStakeholder Management

Support the ongoing culture of compliance to the ABPI code and internal ways of working, whilst leveraging knowledge and experience of working with such frameworks to maximise the customer experience and impact of campaigns.

Experiences
Relevant experience relating to the above key responsibilities, with preference for experience in in-field or head office Market Access roles Experience of the UK healthcare environment, preferably in customer facing rolesRelevant experience working with omnichannel marketing campaign design and execution Significant experience working with the ABPI codeA working knowledge of the Immunology competitive landscape is a preferenceCapablities
