About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Valuations Coordinator


In this role, you will:

Perform due diligence reviews of commercial service ordersMonitor a pipeline of service requests and follow up on orders that require additional documentation or clarificationReview Invoice exceptionsCreate orders for lower complexity commercial productsPerform system maintenance and status updates on various commercial servicesInteract with organizational department on a wide range of knowledgeInteract with internal or external customers in a customer support role


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Excellent time management skills balancing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage an assigned pipeline of commercial service requests and follow up on various order statuses in a timely manner

Strong attention to detail reviewing due diligence scripts against prescribed procedures

Effective verbal and written communication in conveying specific information needed to cure outstanding deficiencies

General understanding of commercial and residential collateral and lending terminology

Exceptional customer service skills working with both internal and external business partners including lending team personnel, vendors, and technical reviewers

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST/MST (hybrid) 3 days in office 2 days remote.
