Job Description

Your Tasks:

Creation of market and location analysesParticipation in the valuation of property portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation procedures and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV) for national and international clientsInvolvement in organizing and conducting nationwide property viewings, followed by the preparation of resultsMaintenance of information databases and regular support in the creation of pitch presentations and offersAssistance in the preparation of valuation reports in both German and EnglishActive, regular communication with team members as well as cross-departmental communicationSupport in the acquisition of new assignmentsRegular exchange with clients

 

Your Profile:

Interest in the real estate industryA successfully completed degree in geography, architecture, business administration/real estate management, or a comparable field of studyEnthusiasm for working with Excel and a strong affinity for numbers and financial mathematicsVery good German language skills, both written and spoken; English language skills are desirableAnalytical thinking and strong problem-solving skillsIndependent and structured work approachStrong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
