We have an exciting opportunity for a Valuer to join our market leading Valuation & Advisory team based in our Edinburgh office.  We are a professional, nimble and collaborative team supporting high profile transactional and advisory projects in Scotland and the rest of the UK.  The successful candidate will be a team player and keen collaborator, and be involved in the valuation of core commercial assets including retail, industrial and offices for lenders, investors, developers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct valuations of retail, industrial and office related properties in accordance with RICS standards.Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports.Engage with clients, maintaining and building strong professional relationships.Work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to provide tailored solutions to complex client needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Full membership of RICS (MRICS).Experience in commercial property valuation is desirable.Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with Argus Enterprise is advantageous but training will be provided.
