What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude that reflects Go Richmond Subaru’s commitment to outstanding serviceConduct accurate vehicle appraisals for trade-ins, purchases, and internal inventory using market data and digital toolsClearly explain the valuation process and findings to customers, ensuring a transparent and comfortable experienceWork closely with the sales and inventory teams to support vehicle acquisition and pricing decisionsKeep up with current automotive market trends and valuation toolsEnsure accurate documentation and timely data entry into dealership systemsBuild rapport and trust with customers to create long-lasting relationships and repeat business

What You Bring to the Team:

Experience in customer service (automotive or appraisal background is a bonus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailKnowledge of vehicle appraisal tools (e.g., Canadian Black Book, CARFAX, vAuto, etc.) is an assetValid driver’s license and a clean driving recordA team player mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
