Our Valuation and Portfolio Analytics team provides independent valuation oversight and governance across a diverse range of asset classes, including real assets, real estate and credit. We work closely with global valuation and fund management teams to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements, while continuously improving processes and frameworks. You will review investment committee memos and valuation analyses, lead discussions with valuation teams, and document all review processes, and you will manage valuation submission and approval processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and coordination with internal and external valuation teams, auditors, and investment teams. You will also prepare monthly and quarterly reports and materials for management committees, boards, and other stakeholders.
You will also drive process improvements and policy enhancements within valuation frameworks, procedures, and governance, while contributing to ad hoc projects and new fund or product onboarding.
Finally, you will stay current on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to maintain compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

What you offer

• 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial services with a proven background in valuations and alternative investments • Experience with valuation methodologies across infrastructure, renewables, real estate and credit • Highly developed technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex and diverse portfolios in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and advanced organisational abilities • Ability to demonstrate sound business judgement, build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, lead process improvements and contribute to governance frameworks • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to embrace technology • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for Alternative Investment Fund ManagersWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
