This job is part of the Valuation function. They are responsible for inspecting and determining values of land, property, and businesses. **What You’ll Do:** + Aid in managing the preparation of real estate appraisal reports. This includes data entry, taking property photos, and driving the neighborhood. + Conduct preliminary research on a property. This includes the verification of comparables, demographics, market area evaluation, etc. + Prepare simple portions of an appraisal report. Assist with examining and reviewing income-producing properties. + Research market area and conclude what may impact property value. + Develop comparison evaluations based on the sale of comparable properties. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. **About the Role:** CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Solution Sr. Analyst to join the Global Occupier Solutions Architecture & Pricing (GOSAP) Team in Manila. This role will report to the Sr. Engineer and play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, end-to-end solutions that integrate advanced AI capabilities with robust full-stack architectures.
