**About the Role:**
This position is responsible for general administration duties, including actioning emails and attending to system/dashboard workflow, to support the US Onshore Admin team and Appraisers/Operators across The Americas.
Key focus is on actioning workflow primarily through email inboxes and the VIEW and Activate platforms. Provision of support and service for Appraisers/Operators and US Onshore Admin to ensure client KPI’s are achieved is critical.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all VAS business lines
+ Ensure all requests are attended to within KPIs
+ Ensure that tasks are attended to in order of priority and within prescribed deadlines
+ Actively contribute all meetings demonstrating a willingness to share ideas and information
+ Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time.
+ Undertake all workflow strictly as per CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) process.
+ Provide assistance to the MVAT Team Leader/Supervisor with any team activities
+ Utilize workflow tools as necessary to capture performance reporting
+ Establish and maintain a good professional relationship with the colleagues inside and outside the AMS MVAT Team including US Appraisers and US Onshore Admin.
+ Complete all necessary company governance and compliance training as required.
+ Respond to colleagues in a timely manner
+ Monitor personal and shared inboxes as instructed
+ Responsibility in utilizing company’s available facilities with due diligence and proper care. Ad hoc duties assigned by leadership team from time to time.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ A college level preferably with any bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential.
+ Demonstrated experience in similar support roles
+ Previous experience in the Property or Banking Industry desirable
+ Must be a good team player.
+ Recognizes importance of role in the team/organization
+ The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
+ Intermediate MS Office Skills, including Outlook
+ Typing speed of at least 40wpm.
+ Accuracy and efficiency in all data entry.
+ Must be able to perform activities to support shared services business.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Attentiveness
+ Clear Communication - Analyze customers request, problems and expectations, and provide assistance for resolution.
