Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Valuation Consultant to join Asset Management –Caterpillar Financial Services India Private Limited Division.
The incumbent would be developing and maintaining global expertise on all factors that impact risk for the purposes of establishing collateral values and residuals on Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar product lines worldwide.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore – Caterpillar PSN office, Whitefield, India

Experience in risk analysis, collateral valuation, and equipment financing.Ability to conduct data gathering, reporting, and due diligence investigations to support strategic decision-making.Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems; able to apply problem-solving strategies effectively in diverse situations.Committed to continuous learning and delivering high-quality customer service.What you will have
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in risk analysis, collateral valuation, and equipment financing.A solid understanding of Power BI and Microsoft Excel. Capable of performing data collection, reporting, and due diligence investigations to facilitate strategic decision-making. Dedicated to ongoing learning and providing high-quality customer service. Educational qualifications include B.E, B. Tech, MBA, BCA, or MCA. Possesses strong communication skills.This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the officeSkills desired:

Equipment Financing and Leasing: Knowledge of equipment financing and leasing processes, risks and stakeholders; ability to provide high quality services of leasing and equipment financing for commercial clients while reducing risks.

• Works with routine activities of equipment financing and leasing in daily work.
• Follows applicable procedures and standards to conduct equipment financing and leasing business.
• Performs primary business needs analysis, due diligence, underwriting and payment collection for equipment financing and leasing cases and projects.
• Cooperates with partners for equipment management from equipment appraisal to remarketing to residual values.
• Assists with the creation and administration of equipment financing and leasing related documentation.
