Validation Engineer
Our client, a leader in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry, is seeking a Validation Engineer to join their team. As a Validation Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent technical writing abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Validation Engineer** **Location: Groton, CT (Remote)** **Pay Range:** **What's the Job?** + Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment, systems, and processes in accordance with cGMP standards. + Support commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities for new or modified systems. + Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical Services to coordinate validation activities. + Author and review validation documentation, including validation master plans, risk assessments, protocols, and final reports. + Troubleshoot and investigate validation-related issues, working cross-functionally to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field required. + 3–6+ years of validation experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment. + Strong understanding of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and industry validation practices (e.g., ASTM E2500, GAMP 5). + Experience with equipment, process, cleaning, or utility validation. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. + Chance to contribute to important projects that impact public health. + Collaborative team culture that values diverse perspectives. + Professional growth and development opportunities. + Engagement with cutting-edge technology and practices in the industry.
