**Vaccine R&D Operations Planner** **- VIE Contract** + Location: Hungary, Budapest + Target start date: 01/12/2025 iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. Please make sure to apply with your personal email address. **About the job** _As_ **_Vaccine R&D Operations Planner_** **_VIE_** _within our R&D Resource & Demand Planning team, you’ll develop and manage the Operation level plan in the planning tool, as well as the associated resources needed to deliver project objectives. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives._ **Main responsibilities:** + Facilitate in monthly update meeting with functional sub-teams of the projects you are managing. + Ensure the development and control of integrated project functional schedules at a higher level through proactive definition of functional deliverables with functional project team members. + Develop, manage and update the planning in the planning tool. + Proactively anticipate constraints ensuring business continuity, escalate issues or delays / problems to the Resource Management officers and Functional sub-team as appropriate for resolution. + Create and update activities and FTEs in RDPM for projects you oversee, for full scope of each project (i.e ensure cost to launch scope is covered) in partnership with functional team members, functional platform heads (for non-NV projects) and Resource Management officers and clinical business office when applicable. Monitor and update activities progress with functional sub-team. + Ensure the resource plan aligns with the operational strategy for vaccine projects. + Ensure data quality in planning tool on activities and resources in partnership with functional platform heads (for non-NV projects), functional PM, Resource Management Officers and Project Planning Manager. + Support continuous improvement of New Vaccines Template for mRNA and non mRNA projects with Resource Management Officers from each function and of metrics used to estimate standard activities in partnership with Resource Management Officers at function and global levels. **About you** **Experience:** + Prior Project Planner experience and formal training that is demonstrated through previous employment. + Strong prior experience applicable to Project Planning. + Previous work in vaccines industry and/or CMC activities, Biotech / Bio Engineering would be of value. **Soft and technical skills:** + Commitment to customers, able to cooperate transversally. + Ability to challenge the status quo and proactively propose changes, adaptive, focused on the details. + Ability to coordinate activities, advanced planning, and organisational skills. + Advanced skills in Planisware or any other planning tool. + Great communication skills. + Knowledge on Vaccines Development life cycle would be an asset. **Education:** + Relevant Master’s degree in science or related discipline. **Languages:** + Strong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment. + French knowledge would be a plus. **Why choose us?** + Be part of a pioneering biopharma company where patient insights shape drug development. + Work at the forefront of AI-powered science that accelerates discovery and improves outcomes. + Collaborate beyond your expertise, sparking new ideas with diverse, multidisciplinary teams. + Help improve the lives of millions of people globally by making drug development quicker and more effective. + Join a workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core, with Employee Resource Groups and leadership programs that celebrate every voice. iMove is a unique program tailored for European youth interested in challenging themselves with meaningful assignments across the globe.
