Key Responsibilities :
This role focuses on project management, performance and data monitoring
and process improvement within the HR department. The ideal candidate will
assist in monitoring the HR roadmap, streamlining HR processes, analyzing data
to drive strategic decisions, and supporting various HR projects.
Project Management
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of the HR roadmap
and HR projects.
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project
completion.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to
overcome challenges.
Process Improvement
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement within HR processes and
workflows.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement efficient
procedures.
- Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure
consistency and compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute
innovative ideas.
Data & Analytics
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to generate insights and
support decision-making.
- Assist in the development of HR metrics and dashboards to track key
performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct research and data analysis on industry trends and best
practices.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports to the HR team and
management.
