**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Sr. UX Designer, you will use insights from user research and user-centered design principles to design and code interactive prototypes that simplify complex workflows for end users of our digital products.
This job is part of the User Experience job function. They are responsible for the design and development of engaging, effective user experiences for a digital product or product type in order to drive customer adoption.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead UX for multiple digital product initiatives on dual discovery and delivery tracks.
+ Leverage AI to amplify impact and achieve product and design outcomes at scale.
+ Consume existing user research and insights, including user personas, journey maps, product analytics, metrics, and other research activities.
+ Evaluate the user experience across features and products to ensure a consistent, cohesive experience for each user persona.
+ Design and code (and debug) rapid prototypes of design concepts for early ideation, stakeholder buy-in, and user validation.
+ Deliver designs that mask complexity with simplicity.
+ Ensure accessibility considerations are incorporated into your designs.
+ Conduct and/or oversee user research activities, including user interviews, concept testing, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
+ Ensure your prototypes are at the appropriate level of design fidelity and interaction to communicate the design concept to the intended audience.
+ Communicate research findings and design recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership through reports, presentations, and other forms of communication.
+ Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and communicate design solutions effectively.
+ Adhere and contribute to our enterprise design system, including designing and/or coding atomic components.
+ Ensure the work products delivered to engineering teams adequately communicate the expected behavior, visual styles, and accessibility requirements of the design.
+ Evaluate the user experience of products and services over time and execute design changes and updates as needed to improve the user experience.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
+ Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Provide UX mentorship to others on the team.
+ Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
**What You'll Need:**

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience in a Sr level role and 8-10 years overall of dynamic experience in UX roles. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Well-rounded interaction design, visual design, and front-end development skills, we are looking for a generalist that can do a little bit of everything.
+ Obsession to understand (and help others understand) the user problem we are solving by leveraging user insights to drive decision making.
+ Comfort interacting with executive stakeholders and speaking your mind, including a mastery of storytelling and resilience to candid feedback.
+ Natural curiosity, instinct to question the status quo, and ability to be the change you want to see. You will have support from UX leadership to push the envelope.
+ Ability to think like a system designer, looking across products and personas to integrate the user experience to design a north star future vision.
+ Expertise in utilizing AI-powered prototyping tools (including prompt engineering) for rapid prototyping, prompt-to-code generation, and design iteration.
+ Strong proficiency in front-end development using React and Angular frameworks, including component-based architecture and responsive design.
+ Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including experience meeting web accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
+ High proficiency and expertise in design tools like Figma and Miro, as well as productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
+ Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner to multiple stakeholders with varying levels of technical and domain knowledge.
