UX Researcher (Regular / Mid) – Web Experience

This position reports to the Senior UX Manager and is part of the Web UX team within the Marketing organization located in Kraków, Poland. This is an on-site role, with flexibility when needed. What you’ll do + Plan and conduct mixed-method UX research (e.g. interviews, usability testing, surveys, surveys, concept validation) to support discovery and evaluative work for Cytiva's web experiences. + Focus primarily on either transactional experiences (e-commerce, My Account, decision-making flows) or knowledge-driven experiences (Support, Content & Learn, complex information journeys), depending on your strengths, experience and team needs. + Support continuous discovery by working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, Content Strategists and Data & Analytics partners in global, cross-functional teams. + Synthesize qualitative insights and analytics into clear, actionable findings that support discovery, alignment and informed product decisions. + Support discovery and alignment activities (e.g. structured discussions, reviews, working sessions) that help cross-functional teams learn from users and move forward. What we’re looking for + Multiple years of experience in UX or Product Research, ideally in complex or B2B environments. + Demonstrated experience planning and running research studies independently. + Experience facilitating workshops or structured collaborative sessions. + Experience using analytics alongside qualitative research to support insights and recommendations. + Degree in a relevant field (e.g. UX, HCI, Psychology, Social Sciences) or equivalent practical experience. Nice to have + Background in scientific, technical or regulated domains. + Familiarity with accessibility principles (WCAG). + Comfortable contributing to research for AI-enhanced experiences (e.g. trust, transparency, human-in-the-loop).
