UX & Power Platform Solutions Architect

CTG is seeking to fill a UX & Power Platform Solutions Architect position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Duties: Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across Power Platform solutions. Translate client needs, business objectives, technical requirements, and user research into clear experience visions, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and solution designs. Architect and design Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that align with UX best practices and enterprise standards. Design and implement API-based automations using Power Automate. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business users to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and usability requirements. Ensure seamless, engaging interactions that drive customer and end-user satisfaction. Provide guidance on UX standards, design patterns, and Power Platform best practices. Support solution reviews, testing, and iterative improvements based on feedback. Skills: Power Automate API-based automation Power Apps Studio Power FX formulas UX design principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping Stakeholder communication and requirements translation Nice to have: Experience integrating Power Apps with other systems and platforms Power Platform and/or UX-related certifications Experience: Proven experience as a UX, Experience, or Solutions Architect designing digital platforms or enterprise applications. Hands-on experience delivering Power Platform solutions in a professional or enterprise environment. Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective designs. Education: Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
