As a UX Designer, you will be part of the design department supporting various teams in creating exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and excellent collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** UX Designer **Location:** Miami, FL (Hybrid, In office Tue/Wed/Thu 9-6PM EST) **Pay Range:** $45-$50 **What's the Job?** + Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets. + Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. + Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. + Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. + Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, and page designs to enhance user engagement. **What's Needed?** + Three or more years of relevant work experience in UX design. + Knowledge of high fidelity prototyping and testing experiences. + Experience with user-centric design and designing technical/business web applications. + Proficiency in Figma and a portfolio showcasing UX design work. + Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
