Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Omaha (NE) (DAY 1 ONSITE POSITION)
Job Summary
Concentrix is looking for an experienced UX Designer to lead user-centered design for complex enterprise applications. You’ll conduct user research, translate insights into intuitive designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong communication, design system knowledge, and the ability to understand complex workflows are essential. This role requires a mix of strategy, hands-on design, and domain adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead and plan user research initiatives using both generative and evaluative methods to inform product strategy and design.Translate research findings and data insights into actionable design decisions that improve usability and product outcomes.Design intuitive, responsive web and mobile applications tailored to different employee roles and business needs, while adhering to established design system standards.Quickly develop a deep understanding of complex domains such as business operations and logistics, including workflows that span multiple departments and user groups—especially in operational environments like railroads.Communicate design rationales effectively to stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning on user-focused solutions.Required Skills:
Proven ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research, skilled in usability testing, user interviews, contextual inquiry, and surveys.Demonstrated experience working in collaborative product environments, helping teams apply insights to drive user-focused design.Strong proficiency in producing a variety of UX and research deliverables, including but not limited to:Wireframes and prototypes (low to high fidelity)User flows, journey maps, and personasVisual design comps and sketchesUsability test plans and reportsResearch scripts and presentationsComfortable navigating complex enterprise environments and designing for specialized user roles.Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively.Experience working in a matrixed UX team, participating in design critiques and providing constructive feedback and mentorship.The deadline to apply for this position is 07/30/2025.

The base salary range for this position is $ 92,250 - $144,964 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
