Description:

One of this team's main goals is to decrease customer call volume, so they're working to improve the customer process, clarify information, etc. This role is starting from the journey mapping and the customer experience, improving that experience, streamlining everything by working with the design team. This is a bit of a product strategist. Simplifying workflows, supporting decision making, and boosting customer confidence throughout every touchpoint for billing outreach.
