Job Title: Utility Worker

Job Description

In this role, you will receive comprehensive training from our team to ensure your success. You will engage in daily tasks such as gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, ensuring the quality of finished products, and gaining continuous understanding of the manufacturing process. You will also monitor machine operations, collaborating with a team of 3-4 experienced individuals to perform daily manufacturing roles effectively.

Experience working off a work order.Experience in any industrial environment.Machine operating experience can lead to higher pay rates and positions.

Work Environment

The role is available for 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with shift differentials. The facility offers a collaborative and supportive environment where teamwork is emphasized. Utility Helper Base starts at $18.06, with increased rates for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Assistant Operator Base starts at $20.11, also with increased rates for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Springfield, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53/hr.
