This position is a manufacturing associate role within a metal fabrication company. The role involves handling various tasks related to production and metal parts processing, including loading and unloading parts onto different presses, cleaning slag off of parts, sandblasting, and potentially loading materials onto plasma and burn tables. One of the two available spots will focus on operating a press during the first shift.

Work EnvironmentThe shop consists of 40 team members and specializes in custom parts for the agricultural industry. The first shift runs from 4 AM to 12 PM, Monday through Friday, and the second shift from 12 PM to 8 PM, with some Saturday work. Employees are required to wear jeans, a t-shirt, and steel-toed shoes for safety.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
