Utility Worker
Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our indoor and outdoor facilities. Your main responsibilities will include operating forklifts, loading trucks, unloading railcars, picking, packaging, cabling pallets, and general cleaning duties.

ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts efficiently and safely.Load trucks with materials and goods.Unload railcars to facilitate smooth operations.Pick and package items for distribution.Cable pallets to ensure secure transport.Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks within the facility.
Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior warehouse or forklift experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This position involves working in an indoor and outdoor facility, requiring adaptability to various weather conditions. Employees will need to wear steel-toed boots and will be standing for the entire shift. Shift options include Sunday to Tuesday from 4:30pm to 5am, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, and Friday to Sunday from 5am to 5:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hagerstown, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
