Position: Utility Site Construction Laborer

Overview:

Step into a hands-on role with a fast-growing environmental construction team, where your work directly contributes to impactful remediation and infrastructure projects across New England. As an Environmental Laborer, you’ll be part of a close-knit crew (typically 4–15 members) tackling physically demanding tasks in diverse outdoor conditions. This is a boots-on-the-ground opportunity for those who thrive in active, team-oriented environments.

What You’ll Do:Support environmental construction and cleanup operations through general labor tasks.Assist with site remediation, mechanical work, and utility-related duties.Operate a range of heavy equipment including water trucks, rollers, rock trucks, and street sweepers.Travel to various project sites throughout New England, adapting to changing locations and scopes.What You Bring:Experience: 3–10 years in environmental services, utility construction, or related fields.Certifications: OSHA 10 Hour required; 40 Hour HAZWOPER is a plus.Physical Readiness: Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working at heights, and enduring long hours in all weather conditions.Mobility: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation; willingness to travel regionally.Why You’ll Love Working Here:Be part of a large-scale construction firm with projects secured through 2027.Enjoy a strong team culture with regular outings, safety meetings, and growth opportunities.Access a comprehensive benefits package and a clear path to advancement.Work Environment:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
