**Job Title: Utility Operator** Pay Rate: $18 **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent Utility Operator with warehouse experience and general labor skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude and be able to perform small mechanical tasks. Forklift proficiency and general production knowledge are essential for this role. **Responsibilities** + Ensure readiness of blenders for unloading and dumping, including capping, loading, and scooping pails, covers, and skids. + Load and move material, and operate packaging equipment efficiently. + Check proper packaging of materials and finished products to ensure quality standards. + Label pails according to production schedule requirements. + Maintain a clean work area, including floors, cappers, and forklifts. + Assist with batch mixing, weighing, and other general labor tasks. + Support the maintenance team with small mechanical tasks, such as replacing bags within machines and performing facilities work. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse experience + General labor skills + Forklift proficiency + Mechanical aptitude **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with batch mixing and weighing + General production knowledge **Why Work Here?** Our organization offers room for growth, with all manufacturing operations transitioning to a new state-of-the-art facility in N.
