**Job Title: Utility Laborer** **Job Description** As a Utility Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the extrusion department, ensuring the safe handling of aluminum products post-extrusion. You will be responsible for tending the lines, racking, packing, and moving bins using a forklift if needed. Your contribution is vital to maintaining the efficiency and safety of the manufacturing process. **SHIFT:** 1st. 6am-6pm - 4 days ON, 4 days OFF (must be open to work weekends) 3rd. 6pm-6am - 4 days ON, 4 days OFF (must be open to work weekends) **Responsibilities** + Safely handle and manage aluminum products post-extrusion. + Tend production lines to ensure smooth operations. + Rack and pack products efficiently. + Operate a sit-down forklift when necessary. + Read and utilize a tape measure accurately for production tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing or production. + Experience in labor-intensive roles. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with general labor and production tasks. + Familiarity with hand tools. + Packing experience. **Why Work Here** Join a growing company with a family-oriented atmosphere that prioritizes safety. The work environment includes both indoor settings and the plant, which is unregulated and subject to extreme temperatures and high noise levels. Dress code requires steel toe boots, long pants, hard hat, glasses, and ear plugs when in the plant. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken Township, New Jersey. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.39 - $20.39/hr.
