Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Process Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating essential utilities and process equipment. This position serves as the first responder for key plant systems, including HVAC, chillers, high-pressure boilers, compressed air, purified water generation, mixing skids, and cleanrooms.

ResponsibilitiesTend utilities and process equipment to ensure efficient operation.Serve as the first responder for plant systems such as HVAC, chillers, high-pressure boilers, compressed air, and purified water generation.Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical problems using precision measuring and testing instruments.Monitor and log readings for critical equipment and processes.Follow instructions and maintain documentation, utilizing written reference materials.Communicate effectively with management, peers, project team members, and vendors, both orally and in writing.Recognize and abate safety hazards, practicing and following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.Essential SkillsOperation, preventive maintenance, and repairs of industrial equipment.Expertise in purified water systems, HPW Water, WFI Water, USP Water.Proficiency with low and high-pressure boilers.Experience with high voltage electrical systems.HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
