You will lead the creation of best-in-class user experiences. Working at the intersection of design vision and execution you will champion user centered design, mentor designers, collaborate cross-functionally, and help to establish HiH as a center of design innovation. Use action verbs (i.e., lead, drive, analyze, assess, research, etc.) to convey expectations. + The ideal candidate will champion and uphold the highest standards of UX design within the HiH innovation center, ensuring alignment with our global vision. + Serves as a torchbearer for our design vision, guiding the team in defining design standards and executing on transformative healthcare solutions. + Represents the leadership initiatives through concept and craft and is responsible for the discipline sets that assemble to produce effective product design. + Inspires and mentors teams to help build a design community within HiH and the greater global organization. + Explores and design impactful experiences leveraging AI foundations. + Champions a data-drive, user-centered research and design approach to inform design decisions and validate solutions. + Sets the bar for their discipline, and defines the processes, work output, platforms and tools that will bring efficiency and quality to product delivery. + Obsesses over details, craft and quality, while making sure to represent the needs of the business and the voice of the customer. + This role is responsible for imagining the new and next in visual and interaction innovation that will pave the way for modern and innovative experiences in healthcare, wellness, and vitality. + Leads the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. + Works cross functionally with product and engineering leaders to provision, maintain, and deploy concepts, products and design systems. + Is focused on systems thinking, helping to scale a design system that promotes consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across all product touchpoints. **Section 4: Qualifications** Specify the skills, experience, and education required for the role.
