**Content Lead, Evernorth Experience Design**
**Position Overview**
This position will help craft exceptional user experiences and drive content best practices to create a reusable content system across a multi-brand enterprise product catalogue. Leveraging knowledge of user-centric best practices and content strategy, this role will partner with design system and UX, research, and product partners to build a scalable atomic content system that will be reused across multiple product experiences. This role will help to maintain and evolve content creation, management, and operations leveraging generative AI, ideating and experimenting to help transform content services.

The mission of the Content Strategy and Innovation team is to set the bar for design system disciplines and define the processes, work output, platforms and tools that will bring efficiency and quality to product delivery. This team incubates new design patterns that represent the evolution of the brand in the digital product environment, and innovative experiential concepts that push the expectations of users in the health-focused digital ecosystem. The design system is intended to deliver cohesive and consistent design standards to all product lines associated with health plan and health services, and to expand to represent the voices of the direct customer, the client, and the provider.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement content strategies that maximize the value of content across the enterprise, specifically focusing on quality and effective management in the design and delivery phases of product creation
+ Continue to develop and maintain content styles and standards bringing them to the appropriate context through tooling and design system integration
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces across various platforms, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
+ Document the application of content rules to Design System components, modules, and flows
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and categorize content for reusable flows that support product or client configurations for all known use cases
+ Partner with the design system team to integrate content configurations into the design system and partner with the content management team to help relate the content design system to the content management platform’s models
+ Contribute to operational practices for governance of content quality and reuse across teams
+ Investigate and propose ways to incorporate AI technologies to improve content management and production.
+ Champion a data-drive, user-centered research and design approach to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
+ Help in creating documentation for content system integration with the design system.
**Qualifications**

**·** **Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required.**

**Required Experience**
**·** **Overall 5-8 years** **of experience with relevant experience in content design, with exposure to design systems, content systems, and emerging technologies.**
**·** **Strong experience designing and shipping impactful experiences inclusive of design, strategy, and systems.**
**·** **Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, content best practices.**
**·** **Experience with the UI design tool Figma.**
**·** **Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential to enhance customer experiences and/or create operational efficiencies.**
**·** **Experience with accessibility and atomic, headless content.**
**·** **Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions.**
**·** **Strong written and verbal communication skills.**
**·** **A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and systems thinking.**
**Desired Experience**
**·** **Experience and interest with generative AI technologies a plus.**
**Location & Hours of Work**
+ Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
+ Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
