User Experience Design Advisor
We are looking for a User Experience Design Advisor who thrives at the intersection of technology, creativity, and customer impact. If you enjoy solving meaningful problems, learning continuously, and delivering work that makes a real difference, we would love to meet you. **Responsibilities (Outcomes & Strategic Impact)** + Design, build, and launch customer‑facing email, SMS, and push communications that are dynamic, personalized, and data‑driven using CDP and CMS technologies. + Own the quality and performance of campaign and transactional communications by maintaining, testing, and improving reusable templates and programs. + Partner closely with product, marketing, engineering, and design teams to translate business goals and customer needs into scalable communication solutions. + Enable personalization by mapping data inputs to content logic and supporting enhancements to existing and new communication programs. + Lead QA and testing across browsers, devices, and email clients to ensure a consistent and accessible customer experience. + Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing of creative, subject lines, timing, and audience segments, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations. + Contribute to Agile delivery by participating in intake, planning, and prioritization to balance enterprise goals with team capacity. + Help implement and evolve communication tools and platforms in partnership with IT and architecture teams. + Manage multiple initiatives at once while maintaining strong attention to detail, timelines, and outcomes. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Minimum **5 years of hands‑on technical experience** supporting digital communications, customer messaging, or related platforms. + Proven experience working with a **Customer Data Platform (CDP)** and Agile delivery methods. + Strong working knowledge of **HTML** and data‑driven, dynamic creative. + Experience developing or supporting emails using technologies such as **XML, XSL/XSLT, CSS, JSON, DHTML, Java Freemarker** , or similar. + Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. + Clear, confident communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with **RedPoint RPI** or similar CDP tools. + Familiarity with SaaS email platforms such as **Salesforce, Epsilon, or Cheetah Digital Marketing Suite** . + Knowledge of email deliverability, compliance (CAN‑SPAM, CASL), metrics, and best practices. + Experience with **Adobe Analytics** or similar reporting and analytics tools. + Exposure to CMS platforms such as **Drupal or Alfresco** . + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 108,400 - 180,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
