This role is tasked with driving measurable and sustainable change by leading operational process improvements across USCAN regional installation teams. It involves identifying and promoting continuous improvement opportunities in direct collaboration with installation project management teams. The position also includes enhancing problem-solving capability and implementing impactful changes through Kaizen within the Customer Site Readiness and Installation value stream. Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Owns execution of customer readiness process improvement roadmaps within the USCAN Region including but not limited to: standard work and daily managementProvides direct feedback and input through engagement with the problem-solving process to maintain continuous improvement roadmapsDevelops and leads communication, training and change management sessions for newly developed capabilities within regional operations teams.Facilitates problem solving process within the region install teams; enabling prioritization and focus to uncover root cause and takes action to solve problems Works with cross functional business leaders to ensure processes are aligned and sustainable throughout the region.Maintain a customer centric focus where actions and roadmaps align to enable value creation on behalf of GEHC’s customersRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Operations and a minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain management; or Associate’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Operations and a minimum 5 years of relevant experience working in operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain managementWilling to travel domestically 15% of timeLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $112,000.00-$168,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
