Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Walmart Replenishment Product Management team is responsible for optimally deploying inventory across Walmart’s expansive fulfillment network and 1000’s of stores. We predict customer demand, leverage cutting edge algorithms to make a billion replenishment decisions every day. From milk to TVs, our technology ensures customers can get what they need in the way they choose – store shopping, pick up or delivery. Our mission is to be build a platform that enables a best-in-class Replenishment solutions, powered by ML algorithms and delivered through modern intuitive apps. 

As a Staff Product Manager, you will work closely with several stakeholders (data scientist, engineers, designers, product analysts and business operations) in a fast-paced environment to build and scale our replenishment products and apps. You will have the opportunity to build leverageable technology intended to be a one-stop multi-tenant solution serving Walmart's businesses worldwide. You will work within the world’s largest retailer yet maintain a startup feel working in small agile teams to revolutionize the ecommerce landscape. 

The ideal candidate should have a great product sense, technical depth, judgement and the ability to work with a large stakeholder group in a matrixed environment. You should also have proven skills in managing high performing product teams, a clear bias for action/execution and experience in building and scaling products from grounds up. If you take pride in your work, have a strong sense of ownership, a love for data, enjoy solving complex problems, foster strong relationships, build trust, and work for the success of the product – this role could be for you.

Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.

Building customer centric products at scale that deliver value for our customers, and associatesManaging cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including external partners, business and delivery operations Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organizationManaging and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunitiesBuilding collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
