Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Join Walmart’s Sourcing Product team as a Staff Product Manager, where you’ll lead the evolution of our Food and Consumables (FnC) Product Development Lifecycle (PLM) platform. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of OneSource by integrating agentic AI capabilities that enhance how we digitize, manage, and scale product development across the enterprise.

About Sourcing Product:

The Sourcing Product team is responsible for delivering end-to-end product lifecycle solutions that enable Walmart’s merchants, sourcing managers, and product developers to move from idea to shelf with speed, precision, and transparency. We are transforming how Walmart builds and scales private brand products globally.

What You’ll Do:

- Own the roadmap and delivery of PLM capabilities for US Food and Consumables

- Lead the integration of agentic AI into product workflows, including infrastructure, human-AI interaction, and automation of decision-making.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sourcing, and merchant teams to define and deliver high-impact features.

- Drive adoption of OneSource tools by aligning usability improvements with business goals.

- Use data to prioritize features, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly.

- Represent the voice of the user and ensure solutions meet the needs of various stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

- Deep experience in product management, ideally in enterprise platforms or supply chain tools.

- Demonstrated success in delivering AI-enabled products, especially in agentic systems or intelligent automation.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

- Ability to operate with autonomy and influence across a matrixed organization.

- Passion for solving complex problems that impact millions of customers and associates.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ years of product management experience.

- Experience working with AI/ML technologies in a product context.

- Familiarity with PLM or supply chain systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with agentic AI infrastructure and human-AI interaction design.

- Background in retail, sourcing, or product development.

- Experience with OneSource or similar enterprise platforms.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
