Operating at the intersection of software engineering and transportation expertise, the team drives continuous innovation to deliver impactful technology solutions worldwide. **What you'll do:** + Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to define high-level designs during project discovery phases. + Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality code aligned with business and technical requirements. + Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and coordinated action plans. + Manage complex projects by translating requirements into technical solutions and ensuring timely delivery. + Support users by providing technical guidance and identifying sustainable solutions. + Mentor small engineering teams, providing documentation, direction, and oversight. + Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to enhance development and monitoring processes. **What you'll bring:** + Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and full stack development across multiple platforms. + Strong technical acumen with experience in API design, platform development, and component services. + Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features using iterative and incremental development methodologies. + Proficiency in debugging, dev testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. + Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions. + Skilled in documentation-based coding and implementing telemetry for performance monitoring. + Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and develop effective action plans. + Knowledge of emerging technologies including generative artificial intelligence.
