You’ll own the roadmap for this enterprise tool — driving discovery, testing, rollout, and adoption — while also scoping a second, more complex Shared Services product. This role is perfect for a strategic PM who knows how to turn AI potential into operational impact. What you'll do...
Key Objectives:
30 Days: Get fully onboarded. Audit the current natural language tool and identify gaps through usage data and feedback.
60 Days: Deliver a prioritized roadmap for chatbot capabilities including scheduling, HR, and club info. Include testing, rollout, and communication plans.
180 Days: Launch one roadmap item with measurable adoption and impact. Track performance and adjust roadmap as needed.
Shared Services Product: If capable, begin scoping a second cross-functional AI product that supports broader org needs.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define chatbot capabilities and integration layers. Manage product operations: agile planning, stakeholder updates, user feedback loops. Lead testing and communications for associate rollout across clubs. Track usage metrics, iterate on adoption strategies, and report outcomes. Explore AI tools and architecture that improve chatbot scale, reliability, and personalization. Partner cross-functionally to align platform infrastructure across tools.
AI Integration Requirement:
By Day 180, proactively evaluate where AI and automation (e.g., natural language processing, orchestration engines) can be used to scale associate enablement across both products.
What You’ll Bring
You’ve built digital products from the ground up and understand how to manage trade-offs between user needs, technical feasibility, and business value. You can hold your own in a room with engineers, influence without authority, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
You have a clear understanding of how AI chatbots work — from user intent and backend orchestration to deployment. You lead with curiosity, communicate clearly, and know how to turn big goals into focused sprints.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of product management experience
Proven success launching a product from 0 to 1
Familiarity with AI chatbot tools and orchestration
Experience with internal-facing platforms or enterprise tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Culture Fit:
You’ll work in a high-change, high-impact setting alongside technical and operational teams. Success requires agility, curiosity, and a drive to build tools that directly improve frontline performance.
