Role: Senior Product Manager – Ad Experiences
What You’ll Do
As part of Walmart Connect’s Product team, you’ll help build industry-defining, omni-channel ad experiences at scale. Your work will enhance the shopping journey for Walmart customers by improving product discovery, while also enabling suppliers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high-performing campaigns.

This role will lead initiatives to improve the shopping experience through relevant and engaging ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building omni-channel ad experiences with a platform-first mindset, collaborating closely with platform and engineering teams on all aspects of ad management, targeting, delivery, and reporting. You’ll support the needs of the world’s largest brands by helping shoppers research, discover, and buy from leading brands across Walmart properties.

Driving the development of innovative ad experiences – Overseeing the full product lifecycle, from defining requirements and conducting research to managing development, testing, and measuring success through KPIsDeveloping and enhancing products – Leading the product roadmap by aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, and translating insights into actionable initiativesBuilding collaborative relationships – Partnering with key stakeholders to align priorities with business objectives, communicate roadmaps, and gain executive buy-inConducting industry and competitive analysis – Staying ahead of advertising trends, identifying new opportunities, and addressing product gapsDefining a strategic roadmap – Using domain expertise and market insights to identify opportunities, build business cases, and drive innovationPartnering cross-functionally – Collaborating with internal advertising sales and Walmart retail teams to create compelling ad experiences that deliver value to both shoppers and advertisersContributing to a positive team culture – Fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment through strong relationships and teamworkPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus1+ years of experience defining publisher and consumer experiences; experience in eCommerce or retail media is a plus3+ years of hands-on experience in Product ManagementPassion for solving complex problemsStrong business judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to scope technical requirements and prioritize effectivelyStrategic and tactical thinking with strong execution disciplineExcellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholdersAgile mindset with a test-and-learn approach to product developmentAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
