Job Summary
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic development and execution of platform products within the Inventory & Flow pillar of Walmart International’s Supply Chain. You will drive innovation and operational excellence across markets including Mexico, Canada, Central America, and Chile. This role requires deep domain expertise, strong stakeholder influence, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions at scale.
What You'll DoStrategic Leadership & VisionDefine and champion the long-term product vision and strategy for Inventory & Flow, aligning with Walmart International’s supply chain transformation goals.
Lead cross-functional teams through complex problem spaces, leveraging first principles and lean experimentation to uncover new opportunities.
Drive “go-to-market” strategies and adoption plans across international markets.
Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term innovation.
Guide product managers in backlog prioritization, MVP creation, and iterative optimization.
Ensure alignment across replenishment, inventory, transportation, and fulfillment domains.
Deeply understand customer needs and business challenges across diverse geographies.
Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure business outcomes.
Simplify and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Build consensus across a complex stakeholder matrix, including international market leaders and engineering teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor on product and technology matters, facilitating robust discussions and decision-making.
Communicate with clarity and empathy, fostering psychological safety and trust.
Proven experience in retail supply chain, with expertise in inventory and flow optimization.
Strong data fluency, including proficiency in SQL/Python and analytics tools.
Demonstrated success in navigating large enterprises and driving cross-functional alignment.
High sense of ownership, grit, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Track record of delivering measurable business value and influencing organizational strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
4+ years of product management experience, particularly in Supply Chain including Inventory Management, flow planning.
Experience with large-scale experimentation and translating test results into measurable outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
