As a Senior Manager on the U.S. Product Safety and Compliance team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs designed to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
Build Product Safety and Compliance programs to ensure product compliance with new and evolving regulatory obligations.
Monitor program execution through KPIs and lead initiatives to improve team efficiency.
Partner closely with Private Brand Sourcing and Product Development teams to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks during product ideation and sourcing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate change impact to other business areas (i.e. Quality Technical teams, Merchant and Product development and Sourcing teams).
Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and trust.
Advise Merchants and Sourcing teams on regulatory requirements by product category.
Lead cross-functional meetings to align on compliance strategies for upcoming launches.
Track regulatory changes and translate them into actionable guidance for internal teams.
Coach and develop your team to deliver high-impact results and grow their careers.
What you’ll bring….
2+ years of compliance experience, with an emphasis on program building and execution.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
You are action-oriented, resourceful, and lead with initiative.
You are organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ability to work cross-functionally to build strong work relationships resulting in program improvements.
Legal research experience and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance.
A strategic mindset to compliance, helping influence product design and sourcing decisions that align with regulatory and brand standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
