**Position Summary...**
The Senior Manager, Walmart Claims Services E-Content Development, is responsible for the strategic direction of educational program development, operational excellence, and will drive innovation, process improvement, and best-in-class training programs, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s business objectives.
The role requires deep expertise in claims operations, e-learning content development, training oversight, and talent development.
You will work closely with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, Quality and Technology teams to design training content in an electronic format and drive measurable improvements in the claim’s lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking and has strong stakeholder influence.
About Walmart Claims Services (WCS) Team
Walmart Claims Services (WCS) is dedicated to delivering efficient, accurate, and customer-focused claims management across the enterprise. The organization is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with all regulatory requirements. WCS partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence, mitigate risk, and support Walmart’s commitment to integrity and service.
**What you'll do...**
+ **Design and develop** engaging eLearning modules, job aids, and microlearning for claims operations (intake, investigations, medical management, RTW, compliance).
+ **Translate complex WC/TPA policies and workflows** into clear, learner-friendly content using adult learning and instructional design best practices.
+ **Partner with SMEs** (claims, clinical, legal, compliance) to gather requirements, validate accuracy, and ensure training aligns with regulatory and client standards.
+ **Maintain and update training content** in the LMS, track version control, and continuously improve learning assets based on feedback and performance data.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
