**Position Summary...** The Senior Manager, Walmart Claims Services E-Content Development, is responsible for the strategic direction of educational program development, operational excellence, and will drive innovation, process improvement, and best-in-class training programs, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s business objectives. The role requires deep expertise in claims operations, e-learning content development, training oversight, and talent development. You will work closely with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, Quality and Technology teams to design training content in an electronic format and drive measurable improvements in the claim’s lifecycle.
