What you'll do...

Lead planning and execution of multiple projects and programs across pharmacy operations

Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize workflows

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, asset protection, and patient experience

Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

Proven project management experience, ideally in pharmacy or payer program environments

Strong understanding of operational business planning and process improvement

Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment

Experience developing and implementing scalable solutions in regulated settings

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
