Shape Program Strategy & Positioning
Define and evolve the Sam’s Cash value proposition across internal and external channels.Establish clear guardrails for how Sam’s Cash is positioned and leveraged, ensuring alignment with Every Day Low Price.Partner with Finance and Decision Sciences to quantify the impact of Sam’s Cash on renewals, upgrades, and sales.Own the Sam’s Cash P&L, identifying efficiencies to optimize investment and maximize ROI.Drive Merchant Offer Development
Collaborate with merchant teams to design member-centric, scalable, and supplier-funded offers.Lead the framework for merchant-funded incentives, balancing member value with efficient investment.Lead Member Engagement Marketing & UX
Develop omni-channel campaigns (email, push, site, in-club) to build awareness, redemption, and repeat engagement.Partner with Product and Marketing to test personalized offers and communications that drive adoption and incremental sales.Own and enhance the Sam’s Cash UX throughout the shopping journey to deepen member engagement.Translate member insights into compelling storytelling that reinforces Sam’s Cash as a key differentiator.Champion Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the hub of collaboration across Membership, Marketing, Credit, Merchant, Finance, Legal, and Decision Sciences.Leverage Decision Sciences and Product teams to apply data-driven decision-making and campaign measurement.Ensure all Sam’s Cash promotions meet compliance, governance, and financial standards.Measure & Optimize Program Performance
Track KPIs including membership growth, Plus upgrades, renewal rates, redemption activity, and incremental sales.Lead business reviews to highlight results, learnings, and optimization opportunities.Continuously apply industry benchmarks and best practices to evolve Sam’s Cash into a best-in-class loyalty program.What you'll bring

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
