Position Summary...The Senior Manager of Access Management Engineering is a strategic leadership role charged with overseeing the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of enterprise-wide access management solutions. This individual is responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and user-serving identity and access management (IAM) platforms with emphasis on elevated permissions, service accounts, and secondary accounts. The Senior Manager partners with cross-functional stakeholders—including Information Security, Tech Platforms, Human Resources, Business Units, and Vendors—to ensure that access controls align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
