Position Summary...The Drone Delivery team is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Manager, Automation Engineering– Drone Delivery Operations to lead the standardization and scaling of operational practices across our autonomous drone delivery network. This role complements partner-specific managers by owning cross-partner processes, tooling, and performance frameworks that ensure consistent execution, compliance, and customer experience across all service providers.
You will work closely with store operations, product, program, and partner teams to design and implement operational systems that support expansion, improve reliability, and drive continuous improvement. This role is central to enabling scalable, high-performing drone delivery through strategic process design and cross-functional collaboration.
This position is based at our main corporate campus in Bentonville, Arkansas, and we have an excellent relocation package to help you get here!What you'll do...Design and standardize operational processes across drone service providers - includes developing and maintaining SOPs, playbooks, and protocols that ensure consistent execution, safety, and compliance; identifying bottlenecks and optimizing workflows; and translating frontline needs into scalable business requirements for product, program, and service teamsEnable cross-partner execution and readiness by supporting onboarding, training, and documentation for store teams and drone partners.Develop and deploy operational tools that support daily execution, performance tracking, and compliance.Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement by tracking KPIs (such as delivery success rates, drone utilization, and incident rates across partners;) includes work with data analysts and leading cross-partner reviews to drive accountability and metric adoption.Collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with partner managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align operational processes with strategic initiatives, supporting internal and external communications and keep stakeholders informed about changes, programs, and events impacting drone delivery operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
