This leader will drive the development and implementation of strategic frameworks, operating models, and mechanisms that enable LMD organization to scale with speed, precision, and impact. **What You'll Do:** **Strategic Planning & Vision** Define and lead the annual and long-range planning (AOP/LRP) processes for LMD, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies. Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Drive insights and storytelling through executive packets, and business reviews. **Mechanisms & Operating Model** Design and manage the internal operating cadence for Last Mile Delivery. Establish and evolve decision-making forums and executive communications to support clarity and accountability **Cross-Functional Leadership** Lead cross-functional prioritization and goal-setting exercises, ensuring alignment across product, operations, and technology teams. Partner with senior leaders to drive execution of strategic initiatives and resolve cross-functional blockers. **Team Leadership & Development** Build and lead a high-performing team across strategic planning, product prioritization, competitive intelligence, and mechanisms. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **What You'll Bring:** Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority in high-stakes environments. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
