**Position Summary...** VIZIO is seeking an Senior Analyst, Strategic Account Management to join their growing team. The Senior Analyst, Strategic Account Management role is a strategic partner to the VIZIO Ad Sales team and our clients. This position plays a key role in ensuring campaign success & communicating key campaign learnings to maximize client growth and retention. This individual will have a passion for data, process and customer service and will be closely aligned with other client services team members and cross-functional groups. As part of a rapidly-growing, faced paced sales environment, this position requires strong communication skills, strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering world-class customer service. Account Managers are involved in each step of sales planning, launch, execution & post-sales from client launches to billing. **What you'll do...** **What You’ll Do:** **Serve as the lead day-to-day point of contact for advertiser/ad agency relationships on campaign management.** **Oversee and support existing Account Managers, driving account growth and product diversification.** **Identify incremental opportunities and build strategic relationships with agency teams and clients.** **Partner with Sales to develop proposals that align our solutions with client objectives.** **Manage renewal and up-sell opportunities for current clients, and collaborate with Ad Ops on campaign activations and optimizations.** **What You’ll Bring:** **Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably within the advertising or e-commerce industry.** **Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.** **Excellent communication and relationship management skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.** **Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive growth through innovative strategies.** **Proficiency in sales lifecycle processes, including proposal development and client onboarding.** At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
