Location: Bentonville, AR
The Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights will serve as the analytics subject matter expert on a team focused on ecommerce fraud prevention. This role will organize data-driven analysis and insights to support business strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, ensuring the integrity of our members’ accounts and trust.
What you’ll do:
Analyze and research risks or compliance concerns, evaluate trends, and review results for accuracy. Provide data-based insights in a uniform manner, monitoring, and reporting on business strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights and maximize the achievement of business goals.
The Senior Analyst will support key business processes, serve as an information resource, provide guidance and recommendations based on defined policies and practices, support relationships with key stakeholders, and resolve issues by answering questions, obtaining information, and providing documentation.
To ensure efficiency and compliance across different business areas, the Senior Analyst will establish timelines, workflows, and requirements, support and develop training, create, verify, and distribute necessary documentation, manage and verify the functionality of key processes and controls, and load appropriate information.
The Senior Analyst will model compliance with company policies and procedures, support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, incorporate these values into business plans, use the Open Door Policy, and demonstrate and assist others in applying these values in executing business processes and practices.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.
Retail and customer service experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, queries, and pivot tables.
You’ll sweep us off our feet:
Previous experience with chargeback processing or related transaction dispute resolution.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
