What you'll do...Role summary:
The (USA) Senior, Software Engineer will lead the delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions using multiple programming languages and modern development practices. The engineer will integrate AI/ML components, drive continuous improvement, and provide technical leadership while collaborating across functions to address complex challenges. What you'll do:
Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity.Assist in solution design, participate in design reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and ensure adherence to project milestones.Promote engineering excellence through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices to ensure maintainable and modular software.Strong experience with multiple programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, JavaDemonstrated ability to own scoped feature delivery, including implementation, testing, and ongoing support within collaborative engineering teams.Proficiency in code review, debugging, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and mentoring peers to promote engineering excellence. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
