**We're hiring!** **Job Title:** QC Analyst I – 1st Shift **Pay Rate:** $25.00/hour **Location:** Lincoln, NE **Job Type:** Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire **Join our team as a QC Analyst I and play a key role in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance in a GMP-regulated environment!** **What You’ll Do:** + Perform sampling and testing on incoming materials, finished products, and micro samples. + Carry out analytical testing and maintain lab documentation in accordance with cGMP and GDP standards. + Support the Quality Control team by contributing to continuous improvement efforts and key performance goals. + Operate analytical equipment and conduct inspections in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. + Assist in the release process of raw materials and finished products. **What We’re Looking For:** **Education (Required):** + High School Diploma or GED. **Preferred:** + Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field. **Experience (Must Meet ONE of the Following):** + Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field – no experience required. + Associate’s Degree (preferably in science) + 4 years of GMP experience. + High School Diploma + 7 years of GMP experience. **Skills & Competencies:** + Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and quality control processes. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment. **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** + Competitive pay + Growth opportunities in the quality and manufacturing fields + Supportive team culture + Opportunity to contribute to critical safety and compliance operations **Ready to get started?
