Lead the end-to-end vision and strategy for Sparky, Walmart’s conversational AI assistant
Design new agentic interaction patterns that evolve Sparky into a trusted personal shopping butler
Scale the agentic AI platform to serve 10s of millions of active users in a personalized, proactive manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine conversational commerce experiences
Build roadmaps, write PRDs, and align business and technical needs with customer insights
Drive the end-to-end experience including the AI/ML systems powering Sparky
Define A/B tests, measure success, and iterate to continuously improve product performance
What you’ll bringProven experience leading large-scale AI or ML-powered product initiatives
Strong technical background in machine learning and conversational systems
Ability to synthesize data, user research, and design into actionable product strategies
Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing executive decisions

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
