Own the product roadmap for the Experiences track, focused on consumer-facing UX/UI for our AI shopping assistant.
Drive the end-to-end experience — from chat-based UI to embedded site-wide integrations — working closely with design, engineering, business, and your sister team in Data, Quality & Intelligence.
Define and execute the vision for how our customers interact with LLMs to shop smarter, faster, and with more delight.
Lead the integration strategy for company-wide services (e.g. Pharmacy, Auto Care, Vision Center), developing a prioritization framework and ensuring seamless experience across all AI-driven agent interactions.
Partner cross-functionally with service-owning teams to align on implementation and deliver a unified customer journey.
Continuously validate hypotheses with real customer feedback and data — and use those insights to evolve the experience at pace.
Operate autonomously within strategic guardrails set by senior leadership, helping shape our AI product direction company-wide.
Champion a platform mindset — advocating for reusable experience patterns, scalable design, and consistent UX standards across integrations.
What you’ll bring…A Principal-level product leader with 8–10+ years in product management, ideally in consumer tech or retail.
Experienced in building customer-facing digital experiences, especially in early-stage or innovation-heavy environments.
Customer-obsessed and relentlessly curious — you test, iterate, and never settle for "good enough."
Exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity — you bring structure where there is none and move quickly with incomplete data.
A strong cross-functional communicator and influencer, able to work across design, engineering, and business with ease.
Familiar with AI and LLM-powered experiences, and understand how to build user-facing products atop complex backend systems.
Experienced in eCommerce or retail (strongly preferred).
Bonus: You’ve worked in startups or innovation labs within large companies.
Bonus: You’ve shipped experiences that sit on top of LLM or AI models and understand their UX and product implications.
