Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance and optimal workflow
Supervise, train, and develop pharmacists and pharmacy associates
Analyze business reports to identify and implement operational improvements
Manage inventory and collaborate on replenishment strategies
Support quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement in patient care
What You’ll Bring
Valid pharmacist license and experience managing pharmacy operations
Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Expertise in regulatory compliance and quality assurance

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $92,050.00-$170,950.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience in retail, pharmacy, or supply chain OR 4 years of experience in retail, pharmacy, or supply chain.1 year of supervisory experience.
Completion of a Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program.
