Position Summary...What you'll do...Position Overview: Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure safe and efficient product packaging.Load products into machines, adjust settings as needed, and monitor machine operation.Identify PLUs and pack quantities for shipment and compliance.Manually feed trays into mother bag loaders.Keep packaging machines clean and in good working order.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines.Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.Operate machinery and equipment safely.Report hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.Participate in safety trainings and drills.Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents.Contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols.Demonstrate awareness of surroundings to ensure safety for self and others.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.30 - $24.30* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
